Why National Recruitment Agency Needed?
According to the data, about 1.25 lakh government jobs are advertised in India every year. And about 25 million candidates are involved to get these jobs.
If we see, the respective agency conducts examinations for different government jobs. And they have their own general conditions of exam eligibility. Candidates have to pay different fees for appearing in different tests. For this reason, the economic burden on the candidates increases.
At present, the burden on the agency concerned for conducting the recruitment examinations separately increases. And it also costs a lot to organize these exams.
The National Recruitment Agency is needed to overcome all these problems.
What is The Importance of NRA?
Various problems of the candidates will be removed by the Common Eligibility Test.
The problems of people living in far flung areas will be overcome by the establishment of examination centers in all the districts.
The establishment of NRA will encourage poor candidates to appear for the examination. And the candidates will get rid of financial troubles.
Due to the CET, the expenditure incurred by various recruitment agencies in conducting the examination will be reduced.
Standardization can be established in the format of examination through CET.
